Care Partners

Mission: To provide compassionate support and financial assistance to individuals and families facing cancer or life-limiting illnesses.

Since 1999, Care Partners has been dedicated to serving the northeastern Minnesota community, from Orr to Cotton and Hibbing to Ely. We are a volunteer-directed organization focused on helping hundreds of individuals and families navigate the complexities of healthcare costs associated with cancer treatment. By providing direct assistance with expenses not covered by insurance or other programs, we aim to reduce the stress and worry that can accompany serious illness.

Care Partners coordinates and collaborates with various service providers to connect patients and their families with the resources they need. We offer financial support for essential expenses, refer individuals to helpful programs, and educate communities on the importance of support services, grief, and end-of-life issues. Through our efforts, we foster a network of care that empowers individuals and uplifts families during their most challenging times. Every donation we receive stays local, allowing us to make a meaningful impact in our community.
