Mission: To provide affordable services with a vision to improve community health.
Ely Community Health Center is a nonprofit organization that has been in operation since 2015.
What We Do
We provide free basic medical and highly discounted oral healthcare services to those who are uninsured or underinsured. Some of the services we provide include treatment for minor injuries and illness, management of chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, teeth cleanings, and prescription refills. Insurance navigation is available, as well as referrals to other community resources.
