Mission: To reduce homelessness and enhance the quality of life for residents in St. Louis County.

The St. Louis County Housing and Homelessness Programs team works behind the scenes to support and strengthen the critical efforts of community partners across the housing continuum. From prevention and emergency shelter to permanent supportive housing, we focus on collaboration, equity, and systems change. Our approach is guided by lived experience, prioritizing racial equity, cultural responsiveness, and inclusivity to ensure everyone has access to safe, stable housing.

By coordinating funding, fostering partnerships, and prioritizing equity, we work to create sustainable housing solutions and prevent homelessness throughout St. Louis County.
